345- Upsy Daisy Brick Wall Card

While I love the finished product of this card I'm not sure if I would do this again- all the little pieces kept flying everywhere! But the end product is really nice. This is the brick wall technique from splitcoast challenge TLC256.

The Stampin' Up! paper cutter was really useful when making this card because it has all of the grids on it.

Recipe:

Stamps: Upsy Daisy, So Swirly Wheel

Paper: Soft suede, dusty durango, very vanilla

Ink: Soft suede, dusty durango

Accessories: 1/2" dusty durango grosgrain ribbon, big shot, polka dot embossing folder, 1 3/8" circle punch, designer label

209- Very Blue Upsy Daisy Card

I realized that there are a lot of different blues that Stampin' Up makes that I just never use. I wanted to use my brayer and use all those colours that I've never used...and I always go to the standby upsy daisy set because I adore it.

Stamps: Upsy Daisy

Paper: Not quite navy, brocade blue, whisper white

Ink: Night of Navy, not quite navy, brocade blue, ballet blue, bashful blue

Accessories: Brayer, 5/8" brocade blue grosgrain ribbon, 1/4" bashful blue grosgrain ribbon, sponges, light blue fine cosmo glitter, ticket corner punch

188- Upsy Daisy Sunset Card

This is a full size 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" card for a colleague's birthday. I used a brayer to make the sunset and masking to stamp the image across the bottom. I still need to perfect my brayering skills but I like the finished product.

Recipe:

Stamps: Upsy Daisy

Paper: Tangerine Tango, Pacific point, Basic black, whisper white

Ink: Basic black, So saffron, More Mustard, Tangerine Tango

Accessories: Brayer, 1 1/4" circle punch, ticket corner punch
