I am now booking parties for the new year- just get 3 friends and yourself together and I will come over for a super fun night of stamping! I am offering one free stamp set to any hostess who books a party ON TOP of all the other wonderful hostess sets that Stampin Up offers.



I am also offering a promotion to anyone who signs up to be a demonstrator through me. You will receive a punch of your choice. You can also attend the Megameeting in Burlington at the end of January as a demonstrator- this is an amazing event where you will learn so many amazing new stamping techniques. I will be holding my next Stamp Class in January and it will be on....Punches!! That's right- my first ever punch class!! The price of this class will be $25 and this includes any punch in the catalogue valued at $19.95. We will be making cards using only punches- I am really excited about this!! I will be holding this class on both a weeknight and on the weekend- it will be on Thursday January 8th at 6:30pm or on Saturday January 10th at 1pm. Card Box

I taught a class a few weeks ago on card boxes and this is one of the ones we did. It can hold up to 15 cards plus envelopes and is an amazing Christmas gift this year- quite a few of my family members will be receiving these this year! I learned how to make the box at the last megameeting and the dimensions are found here:

The number one rule that I have found with boxes- always use sticky strip when making boxes- normal adhesive won't hold it

162- Wedding Invitation

I joined a wedding invitation swap and this is what I came up with. I wanted a simple color scheme- something nice and classic. I also wanted to use my new Grand Soiree set and also my Basic Grey Taffeta ribbon. I'm so happy with the ribbon- it's not as dark as the paper and has a faint silver sheen. When I was designing the layout for this card I knew I wanted it to be tied with a ribbon at the front and for there to be pockets inside for the different information you need to include. What I did was take a sheet of Whisper white and score it at 5" for the width and 3" for each side on the long side. I then cut out the bottom middle section so I would have to pieces at each side that I could fold up and secure with brads. This allowed two pockets on either side for inserts. I used the ribbon on the outside to cover the back of the brads

Recipe:

Stamp Set: Grand Soiree, Baroque wheel

Ink: Silver

Paper: Whisper White, Silver

Accessories: corner rounder, slot punch, Big Shot dies for the flowers, Basic Grey taffeta ribbon, silver brads, brad punch

Gift Tag Kit

Here it is everyone- my first card kit!!!! For $15 you will get all the pieces that you need to make 30 fantastic gift tags. This kit will include:

- 30 stamped and punched out images using deer friends
- 30 circle and scallop punch outs in Riding Hood Red, Kiwi Kiss and Chocolate Chip
- 1 role of 1/4" grosgrain Chocolate Chip ribbon- enough for the tags and future projects

The only products that you will need are adhesive and a hole or slit punch.

The images will be stamped and punched out for you because the Deer Friends set is a Hostess set and unavailable for purchase.
