79- Blank Card

78- Wonderful You


This is my card for this weeks layout challenge. I really want to keep using my wonderful you set- i just love it!! I also used my new hobby blade and cutting mat to cut out the flower- it took me a little while to get used to it but I really like using it- i feel i can get much closer than i can with scissors

77- Get Whale Soon


This is my card for the colour challenge this week. I don't have any soft sky so I had to substitute bashful blue. I love it- it's sooo much fun- love love love pun fun!

76- Father's Day Card


Here is the last of my fathers day cards. I love how simple and nice and clean it turned out. To make the stripes I used the invite stamp from the eat cake set and just covered up the words.

75- Father's Day Card


I ordered the thick chocolate ribbon specifically for this card. This was the first time that I used the best friends alphabet set too. All and all a good card for my dad

74- Scratch and Sniff Drink Card


This card was demoed at the conference I went to and I knew I'd have to repeat it. We did this week at my tart and tangy class. It is actually really simple to do but sooo much fun!! The cup is just vellum and the ink is put on with a brayer. Then there is the scratch and sniff- which is just 1 part juice powder (non-sugar) and 1 part clear embossing powder. So much fun!!

Recipe:

Paper: clear vellum, yoyo yellow, whisper white

Ink: yoyo yellow

Stamp set: tart and tangy

Accessories: brayer, dazzling diamonds, scratch and sniff embossing

73- Tart and Tangy Flap Card


This is one of the cards I demoed in my tart and tangy class this week. I wanted to make a card with everyone that has a different shape than what people normally do. The flap card is perfect- it's super easy to do and gives a different effect. Plus it's a perfect card to put a gift card in.

Paper: Bashful blue, Old olive, Whisper white, Summer Picnic Designer Series Paper

72- Birthday Card


I wanted to make another birthday card using tart and tangy and I like the idea of playing with the circle cutout. I do have to say this inspired me to get the square punches and also to get some Stampin Up yellow ribbon for the future!

My little jackpot card- how cute is that?! It's also the first time I used my new dry embossing tools- I'm not sure how clear it is but there are circles puffed up on the bottom. I am now OBSESSED with dry embossing!

I am trying to use the tart and tangy set and the corresponding Summer Picnic paper in as many different cards as I can as it is the set from my stamp class this week. I also wanted to use my pun fun set- the result is a pretty fun card

This is my first Diorama- it is for both the technique and colour challenges this week. I do like how it turned out but to be honest I don't know if I'll do another one of these...I"m not actually that big a fan.

61- Two Way Open Card TLC166




LOVE this card!! It's my two way open card for the technique challenge card. I wanted it to be very happy and fun

My first time playing with vellum- at first I didn't want to put it on because I loved the look of the stamped paper without it. But in the end it did give a nice effect

56- Stamping Conference






Here are the make and takes that I did at the stamping conference. I was in the orange group so all of the projects I made involved the orange from the Tart and Tangy set. We also got to use the Summer Picnic Designer Series Paper and the onboard clipboard. It was also my first time making a bag. It was a lot of fun! Fun and springy!
