I made this card for the last stamp club. I had two requests to make try this technique so we definitely had to try it. It was also a great excuse for me to try my new coluzzle! The trick to this is you have to use staz-on and the crystal effects will stay in the lines

Ink: Staz-on black, Pink Pirouette, Tangerine Tango ink refill, Pink Pirouette ink refill
Paper: Tangerine Tango, Pink Pirouette
Accessoires: crystal effects, scallop punch, circles punches, coluzzle, acetate
