This technique was reated and demonstrated by Ally Fereday at the Regionals in London back in March. As soon as I saw her card I knew I would have to try it one day
To do this I scored a bunch of folds in the middle of the card that were 1/2" thick. I then used sticky strip to attach the acetate pieces and seal the "fan belt". I used a 12x12 pieces of cardstock to make sure I had an average size card in the end.

Stamps: Pun fun, classic stars wheel
Paper: Brilliant blue, Summer Sun, Tangerine Tango, Whisper White
Ink: Brilliant blue, Summer Sun, Tangerine Tango
Accessories: Large star punch, star punch, acetate, markers, blender pen, sticky strip
